Is a large reputable 3PL Provider providing nationwide supply chain management services to a diverse range of companies across the UK.

**Job Purpose/Summary**

Reporting to a Senior HR Advisor, delivering key support and a high-quality HR service, providing effective and business focused HR solutions and recommendations to employees and managers across the business. Build, develop and maintain positive relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels providing support, guidance and advice on a varied range of HR matters. Supporting with key HR projects, optimising HR processes and procedures in line with both HR and my clients objectives.

**About you**
You’ll ideally have experience of working within transport, warehousing, logistics or other relevant sectors, with practical and demonstrable experience as a HR Advisor with a Level 5 CIPD qualification, level 3 CIPD will also be considered.

Your ‘people’ confidence and knowledge of employment law legislation will serve to support managers and colleagues within all areas of Employee Relations matters, i.e., managing disciplinary and grievance, performance management, absence management, including leading and note taking at investigations/disciplinary meetings. Harnessing your communication skills to forge and maintain functional relationships to ensure effective communication of ideal HR practices.

Utilising your analytical skills, you will provide weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reports, collating HR metrics/data to deliver insights to the Senior HR Advisor, stakeholders and the wider HR team.

You’ll demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence, negotiate, and a conduct yourself with tact and diplomacy when challenging Managers/employees.

IT literate with confidence navigating HRIS systems to record all HR actions, update employee digital records familiar with implementing and delivering training of HRIS systems.
- Familiar with HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management
- Excellent organisational skills and able to manage a fast paced and busy workload, prioritising key tasks, objectives and projects
- Confident and comfortable contributing key suggestions of optimisation and improvement to the business
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Employment Law/GDPR legislation
- IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with experience of mail merge functions
- **CIPD level 5 or CIPD 3 Considered with relevant HR Advisor experience.**:

- **Driver with own car, **as you will be based predominately at the Skelmersdale site, but have the flexibility to travel to other sites (burton on Trent) 1 x week & (Worksop) 1 x Month on average
