Person Specification Essential Qualifications Recorded/registered graduate‑level qualification in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy, or a recognised psychological therapy. Psychological Well‑being Practitioners must have a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience. Experience Demonstrable experience working in mental health services. Ability to meet agreed service targets. Ability to manage own caseload and time. High standards in written communication and report writing. Knowledge and Skills Understanding of anxiety, depression, and how they present in primary care. Knowledge of medication for anxiety, depression, and other common mental health problems. Understanding of evidence‑based psychological therapies and their application to this post. Evaluation skills to assess the effectiveness of training. Computer literate and excellent verbal communication. Experience conducting risk assessments within scope of practice.
