Contract Type: Temporary (reviewed annually) Location: Central London Hours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility towards working hours required) Closing Date: 02/01/26 (5pm) Interview Date: 07/01/2026 We are seeking candidates for a Platform Cricket Hub Supervisor position who will play a lead role in driving the Platform Cricket programme in the next phase of its growth. The role is ideal for individuals who are skilled and enthusiastic cricket coaches, but who want to combine face-to-face delivery with management and developmental responsibilities. The new post-holder will join a management team that will collectively oversee Platform Cricket’s strategic development, but will be individually responsible for operational delivery, impact, and partnerships in and around a portfolio of Hubs in a defined region of London. We welcome applications from ECB Level 2 equivalent (or above) cricket coaches and whilst candidates will ideally have some sports development/management experience, we are also happy to hear from candidates who have less vocational development experiences, but who feel they possess the skills and traits to be successful in such a role. Whilst we will support staff with strong governance and management alongside planned professional development, our Hub Supervisors will be our main representatives to schools, parents, and community partners. They will also hold a supervisory role with other coaches. We therefore require candidates that possess: A personable manner with confident and persuasive communication skills Strong IT, administrative and organisational skills An ability to work on an outcome-based project, thinking critically, strategically and innovatively in order to be successful Positive and energetic enthusiasm for improving young peoples’ lives through sport Strong work ethic, dedication, and commitment Additionally, our community-based activities involve direct and autonomous responsibility for participants which requires post-holders to demonstrate good judgement, safe practice, sound risk management, and pastoral care. We welcome approaches from candidates who are interested in taking on one of our hub Supervisor roles through an agreement which allows them to maintain their self-employed status.
