Hub Manager - £40,000 - £50,000 + potential equity & bonus

We are excited to support one of the most exciting and dynamic international fashion technology start-ups that are paving the way to redefine high-end, luxury retail by solving last-mile challenges.

Due to their popularity and growth, they are looking for a Hub Manager based in London to join the operation team with a direct report to the London Operations Manager. You will be responsible for the management of the entire Hub while leading Supervisorsand Drivers who are responsible for the bespoke delivery of luxury items with a personal touch of in-store client services right to your doorstep.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of Hub Supervisors and Drivers.
- Implement operational processes, including the planning of inbound receiving, sortation, and WMS solutions.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to ensure all maintenance plans for vehicles, equipment, and machinery are adhered to.
- You will identify areas of improvement and growth within daily operations and the team.
- Make sure to work closely with the central operations team, minimising issues, delays, and negative impacts on service.
- Responsible for managing the team KPIs.

Looking for someone who:

- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operational setting.
- Innovative professional with a passion for fast-paced operations.
- A strong multitasker with the ability to prioritise.
- Experience in training and handling high-performing teams.
- Confidence in providing solutions to unexpected problems.
