As Principal Building Surveyor, you will: Use your expertise to tackle highly complex and high-risk service challenges, exercising professional discretion within well-defined objectives. Influence senior decision-makers and interpret Council practices to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions. Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
