Are you ready to take on a strategic leadership role that shapes the future of Lancashire's built environment? We are seeking a proactive and decisive leader to head our North Area Building Surveying Team, driving excellence in project delivery and team performance.

As Principal Building Surveyor, you will:

  • Use your expertise to tackle highly complex and high-risk service challenges, exercising professional discretion within well-defined objectives.
  • Influence senior decision-makers and interpret Council practices to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Step forward into issues, challenge performance, and see problems through to resolution.
