The Role We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Director to help design, implement and execute our channel partnerships strategy. Partnerships are a major growth pillar for Xapien, and this role will play a critical part in expanding our indirect revenue engine. You will help shape and operationalise Xapien’s partnerships approach — translating strategic direction into a well‑structured, high‑performing programme. This is a quota‑carrying role, requiring you to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, commercial rigor, and a strong sales focus. Working closely with the Go‑To‑Market leadership team, you will build and manage a strong ecosystem of partners across value‑added resellers, due‑diligence firms, risk consultancies, and integration partners. This is a senior, hands‑on role within our GTM organisation, suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, commercial ownership, and relationship leadership. Here’s What You Will Be Responsible For Develop and execute a multi‑channel and multi‑vertical approach targeting referral, reseller and integration partners. Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑value referral, reseller, and integration partners across priority markets. Meet or exceed quota through partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue. Build deep, trusted relationships with partner executives, commercial leads, and product/technical stakeholders. Develop strategies to maximise value from integration partners — including co‑innovation opportunities, joint solutions, ecosystem positioning, and seamless customer workflows. Strengthen and expand referral pathways by nurturing high‑trust relationships, establishing clear qualification processes, and building repeatable referral cycles. Create advocacy and excitement within the partner community to position Xapien as a priority offering. Drive high‑quality partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline through structured collaboration, joint plans, and business reviews. Coordinate go‑to‑market plans including partner communications, joint marketing, sales training, sales incentives, lead qualification and referral process, and associated reporting. Engage with new and existing channel partners to set, achieve and exceed targets by developing and executing annual sales plans. Champion the channel programme internally to drive focus and appropriate level of investment. Lead and develop the partnerships team, providing coaching, clarity, and accountability. Negotiate effective commercial frameworks and agreements with channel partners. Effectively use Xapien’s CRM to forecast, track, develop and report activity with potential clients, channel partners and renewals. Your Skills & Experience Significant experience in strategic partnerships, channel management, business development, or B2B sales. Proven track record of building or scaling successful partner ecosystems. Experience leading, developing, and coaching high‑performing teams within a GTM or partnerships function. Strong understanding of the due‑diligence, third‑party risk, financial‑crime, or related markets (consulting, SaaS, data, compliance). Familiarity with the third‑party risk management landscape and its key players. Excellent relationship‑building skills, with credibility at senior/executive level. Strong commercial acumen — contracting, pricing, value propositions, and co‑selling models. Clear, persuasive communicator with strong negotiation skills. Analytical, structured thinker able to operate both strategically and hands‑on. Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
