If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.About The RoleWe are seeking a Director of Global Telecom Leader with 20+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector and proven expertise at the intersection of business and technology. This leader will be both a commercial strategist and a technical authority, able to engage with telco executives on business models, GTM strategy, and revenue opportunities, while also being fluent in the technical architectures and use cases that underpin next-generation telecom (e.g., RAN, 5G/6G, edge compute, AI/ML workloads). This executive will define Nscale’s GTM strategy for the telecom sector, shape our industry narrative, create assets and solution POVs, and own strategic relationships with global operators and ecosystem partners. They will also serve as the executive owner of a Nscale partnership, ensuring alignment, joint innovation, and co-sell success across global telco opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Narrative DevelopmentDefine and execute Nscale’s telco GTM strategy with equal focus on commercial outcomes and technical credibility.Craft an industry narrative that speaks to both C-level business leaders (ROI, transformation, partnerships) and technical decision-makers (network design, edge AI, GPU infrastructure).Build comprehensive playbooks, solution POVs, and GTM assets tailored to telco-specific use cases.Partnership & Relationship ManagementServe as the global executive owner of a Nscale’s partnership, co-developing solutions and ensuring strategic alignment.Own and expand executive relationships with global Tier 1 & Tier 2 operators, bridging conversations between business strategy teams and technical network leaders.Cultivate partnerships with ISVs, integrators, and hyperscalers to drive telco adoption of GPUaaS solutions.Execution & Market ImpactLead the creation of customer-facing assets (technical white papers, solution briefs, ROI models, GTM playbooks) to support field and partner execution.Drive early lighthouse wins and scalable references by aligning commercial incentives with technical deployment success.Represent Nscale as both a business thought leader and a technical SME in industry forums, standards bodies, and telco innovation councils.Market Insights & AdvocacyProvide deep technical and business insights into telco market trends, regulatory dynamics, AI adoption patterns, and competitive threats.Translate insights into actionable product roadmap recommendations and GTM adjustments.Act as the internal champion for telco customers, ensuring that Nscale’s solutions meet the unique demands of global operators.About You (Skills / Qualifications)20+ years of leadership experience in the global telecom industry across business and technical functions (e.g., GTM, strategy, product, architecture, partnerships).Deep subject matter expertise in telecom architectures (RAN, 5G/6G, edge compute, OSS/BSS) combined with a strong understanding of AI/ML workloads and GPU-based infrastructures.Proven track record of developing telco-focused GTM strategies and delivering large-scale commercial wins.Extensive executive network across Tier 1 operators, network equipment providers (NEPs), and ecosystem partners.Strong ability to translate between business and technical audiences, bridging commercial narratives with technical depth.Recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the telecom industry.The responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive and are intended to provide a general overview of the position.
