All leads are hot and transferred from our Lead Generation team.Efficiently manage your pipeline and new leads to ensure maximum conversion.Follow up with customers, dealerships, and lenders when required.Conduct DPA and verify that clients meet the necessary legal and financial requirements for car financing, ensuring all transactions comply with FCA regulations.Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.Stay up to date with various car financing trends, interest rates, and changes to lender criteria, educating customers about the different financing products available and helping them choose the most suitable one for their needs.Handle fresh daily leads and guide customers through their buying journey—from approval to car collection.Make initial calls to qualify customers and manage a pipeline effectively.Act as the liaison between customers, dealers, and lenders to secure the best car and finance rates.Act as a product specialist through our designated training programme to ensure your customers are fully aware of the process from start to finish as well as the vehicle they purchase matching their needs.Work Schedule42 hours per week (full time)Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM, with weekend availability (every other Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM).What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in a similar role (car finance experience is a plus)Highly organised with a keen eye for detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAble to adapt to changing priorities and overcome challengesA strong team player, but also able to work independently when neededWhat We Offer YouComprehensive training to ensure you succeed and grow in your roleClear career progression opportunities within the companyA supportive team and a positive, inclusive work cultureApply TodayIf you’re ready to take the next step in your career and make a difference at Kandoo Car Credit, we’d love to hear from you.
