Senior Facilities Manager psd group Greater London, England, United Kingdom Location: London (Head Office Based – West London) We’re supporting a well‑established hospitality group in the search for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their Estates function. This pivotal role oversees the Estates Helpdesk and Reception team, acting as the key link between head office and operational sites. You’ll be the go‑to person for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, effective contractor management, and a first‑class facilities service across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Estates Helpdesk and front‑of‑house functions Manage reactive and planned maintenance programmes via an approved contractor base Lead on Health & Safety, compliance, and statutory requirements Oversee contractor performance, including SafeContractor accreditation and pest control Support delivery of M&E and kitchen maintenance projects Work closely with internal teams and surveyors to maintain high service standards Utilise the Access Maintain system for reporting and management (previous Pronett experience advantageous) About You Strong background in facilities management, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a multi‑site environment Good understanding of M&E systems and kitchen maintenance Confident managing contractors, compliance, and internal service teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy, varied role within a respected and people‑focused organisation.
