I’m looking for an HR Coordinator to join a small and collaborative HR team in Oakham, providing key support across a wide range of HR activity. This range is provided by Distinct | B Corp. Key Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for HR related queries across the employee lifecycle Maintain and update employee records and HR systems Support the recruitment process including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees Provide transactional support in relation to employee relations, performance reviews, and absence management Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies About You Previous experience in a HR administration or coordination role (1–2 years preferred) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner Able to prioritise tasks independently What’s in it for you?
