Support Worker (2:1 Support - Complex Needs) Location: Trowbridge Salary: £13.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time We are currently seeking two compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide 2:1 support for a gentleman with complex needs in Trowbridge. He has been blind since birth, is on the autistic spectrum, and lives with mild to moderate learning disabilities. He may also display behaviours that challenge, requiring consistent, person‑centred support. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent 2:1 support tailored to the individual's needs Promote independence through daily living skills and community access Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment Support with communication, sensory needs, and emotional regulation Encourage participation in activities aligned with his interests What We're Looking For Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and sensory impairments Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and high‑risk situations Knowledge of PBS and safeguarding practices Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a 2:1 support team A full UK driving licence What We Offer £13.00 per hour Paid training and ongoing development Supportive team environment Casual dress and wellbeing‑focused culture Company pension and sick pay Free on‑site parking If you're passionate about making a difference and have the resilience to support someone with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
