Care Connection are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We are an established agency with many years of experience and pride ourselves on providing high quality care and support staff.

Being a Support Worker can be a challenging career, but it's also very rewarding. Support Workers can make such a positive difference by helping people improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and live a fulfilled life.

You will be supporting adults who have learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication and behaviours that challenge.

**The Role includes**:

- Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
- Providing companionship and making sure your client has a meaningful day.
- Performing duties in a professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
- Following support plans to enable to give the best support.
- Understanding communication needs and adapting your communication to each individual, e.g. sounds, tones, body language.

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
