We’re looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our team and play a key role in building capability across the Council during an exciting period of transformation. In this role, you’ll: Responsibilities Design and deliver innovative learning solutions, from face‑to‑face workshops to engaging digital content. Use data and insight to identify skills gaps and measure impact. Coach managers and support cultural change to create a positive, high‑performing workplace. If you’re passionate about learning and development, enjoy working with people, and want to make a real difference by empowering staff to deliver excellent, customer‑focused services, we would love to hear from you. Please note: This role is primarily based at our Worksop offices, and we anticipate you’ll be onsite around 4 days per week to collaborate closely with managers and teams. Why join us?
