Head of Account Management EMEA – Digital Gaming Apply for the Head of Account Management EMEA – Digital Gaming role at Michael Page. Base pay range The Head of Account Management EMEA leads the EMEA PlayDigital account management team and is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, implementing best practices in account management, training and mentoring new joiners, and driving revenue growth in key jurisdictions. Strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives are critical to successful achievements. Client Details IGT is a global leader in gaming technology, delivering solutions across lottery systems, gaming machines, digital gaming, and sports betting. The company operates in over 100 jurisdictions worldwide, serving regulated markets with a strong focus on responsible gaming and compliance. Description Coach and develop Account Managers to optimise PlayDigital IGT performance in key jurisdictions and build strong customer relationships. Collaborate with Account Managers and guide them to develop effective annual customer account plans based on main business goals and/or company OKRs, reviewing them on a quarterly basis. Maintain or develop customer relationships with top operators in the market, ensuring high satisfaction with PlayDigital IGT products and services. Hub of AM department in EMEA may be required to directly manage one or more top operators in the market (to be coordinated with line manager). Continuously improve ways to identify and deliver on business opportunities for each customer to meet or exceed established customer‑specific financial targets. Collaborate and facilitate promo strategy initiatives on top EMEA accounts together with the Head of Promo Strategy. Work with product teams on go‑to‑market strategy for new products. Ensure the team is fully trained on new and upcoming products to support the business up‑selling strategy. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders on regular forecasting, including the development of long‑range plan and annual target. Regularly assess the trends and competitive positioning of IGT's products through periodic market trend monitoring. Suggest and collaborate on planning and execution of iGaming industry and/or customer events throughout the year. Manage and track expenditures and team budgets and report to the Global Director of Accounts. Allocate accounts to team members and manage headcount (including involvement in hiring). Profile Demonstrable experience in B2B account management, specifically in digital gaming. Demonstrable experience managing high‑performing teams – sales leadership preferred. Strategic and operational leader with expert competence in developing customer relationships, sales planning, and selling. Ability to balance PlayDigital IGT's needs and outcomes with personal financial outcomes. Rapid development of expert knowledge of PlayDigital IGT products, brand, market positioning, and sales strategies. Deep understanding of the competitive and regulatory landscape and current trends affecting customers in the region.
