The Head of Account Management EMEA, leads the EMEA PlayDigital account management team and is responsible for developing and maintaining key customer relationships, implementing best practices in account management, train and mentor new joiners, and drive revenue growth in key jurisdictions. Strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives are critical to successful achievements.

Description

As the Head of Account Management, you will:

  • Coach and Develop Account Managers to optimise PlayDigital IGT performance in key jurisdictions, build strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and guide them to develop effective Annual Customer Account plans based on main business goals and/or company OKRs and review them on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain or develop customer relationships with top operators in the market, ensuring the customers are highly satisfied with PlayDigital IGT products and services
  • As Head of AM department in EMEA may be required to directly manage 1 or more top Operators in the market (to be coordinated and decided with line manager)
  • Continuously improve ways to identify and deliver on business opportunities for each customer to meet or exceed established customer-specific financial targets
  • Collaborate and facilitate Promo Strategy initiatives on Top EMEA accounts together with the Head of Promo Strategy
  • Work with product teams on go-to-market strategy for new products
  • Make sure that the team is fully trained on new and upcoming products to support the business up-selling strategy
  • Collaborates with key internal stakeholders on regular forecasting, including the development of long-range plan and annual target
  • Regularly assesses the trends and competitive positioning of IGT's products through periodical Market trends monitoring
  • Suggest and collaborate on planning and execution of iGaming Industry and/or Customers events throughout the year
  • Manage and track expenditures and team budgets and report to the Global Director of Accounts
  • Manage accounts allocation to team members and headcount (be involved in hiring process)

Profile

The successful Head of Account Management candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B account management. Specifically with digital gaming
  • Demonstrable experience of managing high performing teams - sales leadership preferred
  • Recognised as a strategic and operational leader with expert competence in developing customer relationships and sales planning and selling
  • ability to balance Playdigital IGT's needs and outcomes with personal financial outcomes
  • ability to quickly develop expert knowledge of all or a majority of PlayDigital IGT products, PlayDigital IGT's brand and the market positioning and sales strategies
  • ability to quickly develop expert knowledge of the competitive and regulatory landscape and of current competitive trends affecting customers in the region
