Job Title: Platform Marketing Manager, Revenue & Growth team We’re receiving a high volume of applications for this role, so we encourage you to apply promptly, as the vacancy may close earlier than expected. A Little Bit About Our Team The Revenue & Growth Team works closely with Atlantic & Warner Records to drive Warner Music UK's commercial strategy. We are responsible for maximising revenue, creating commercial opportunities and driving audience growth across every consumption format, from global streaming platforms (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube) to the physical retail supply chain (vinyl, CD, cassette). We use data-driven strategic insights and translate this into plans that deliver market share growth, ensuring our artists reach the broadest possible audience. We sit at the intersection of product, data, and commercial strategy, making us central to the success of every release. Your Role The Platform Marketing Manager for WMUK (Warner Music UK) will be essential in the successful execution of our digital marketing strategies across all key platforms. Reporting to the Senior Platform Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with Atlantic Records, Warner Music, and others in the day‑to‑day management and execution of platform campaigns, ensuring artists maximise their reach and engagement, which converts into tangible commercial results. You will leverage your strong operational knowledge of streaming and social platforms to implement strategies, track performance, and bring new digital opportunities to life. This role requires a proactive approach, strong execution skills, and a keen understanding of the digital music landscape. Here You’ll Get To Campaign execution: Execute the day‑to‑day operational tasks for supporting priority marketing campaigns across all digital platforms (DSP, social, video), ensuring execution aligns seamlessly with the overall artist and platform strategy defined by the Senior Manager. Data analysis & reporting: Support a data‑first approach by monitoring campaign performance metrics, utilising audience analytics, and preparing weekly performance reports. You will assist in identifying optimisation opportunities within platform mechanics and audience segmentation to support revenue growth goals. Platform opportunity scouting: Support the identification of new revenue streams by actively researching and providing initial analysis on emerging platform features, creator tools, and monetisation models (e.g., NFTs, platform subscriptions, MCNs). Internal liaison & support: Work closely with label marketing managers, providing them with the necessary tools, data, and guidance to execute effective platform campaigns. Assist the Senior Manager in preparing materials to pitch for high‑value editorial support and partnership activations. Platform expertise: Maintain a deep, current understanding of the major music streaming and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music). Serve as a primary resource for label teams on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and technical requirements. Platform relationship support: Assist the Senior Manager in managing and maintaining relationships with platform partners by preparing meeting materials, coordinating follow‑ups, and tracking progress on strategic initiatives. Performance tracking: Manage campaign tracking, data collection, and initial translation of performance data into clear, concise summaries for the Senior Manager. Cross‑functional coordination: Serve as a contact point between the Platform team and internal departments (e.g., label streaming, marketing, data), helping to ensure a smooth flow of information and a unified approach to artist campaigns. About You We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware individual ready to execute high‑impact campaigns in a fast‑moving industry. Experience: 2‑4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, content creation, or platform‑specific campaign execution, preferably within the music industry, media, or youth culture sector. Platform fluency: Strong operational knowledge of the major music streaming and social platforms—their features, content formats, and audience dynamics. Analytical aptitude: Proven ability to manage and analyse campaign data, produce clear reports, and use metrics to identify actionable insights and optimisation points. Commercial awareness: A solid understanding of audience engagement and how it translates into platform‑specific revenue drivers. Communication & project management: Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Passion: A genuine passion for music, digital culture, and creativity is essential for success in this role. WMG is committed to inclusion and diversity in all aspects of our business.
