What You’ll Do Software Engineering: Develop microservices, libraries, Flink jobs, data pipelines, and Kubernetes controllers. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to define, design, and implement solutions within our Data Platform. Trusted relationship will be key for success. Lead Technological Initiatives: Drive forward market‑leading projects, exploring and integrating new technologies into our ecosystem. Platform as a Product: Deliver self‑serve products with strong SLAs/SLOs to the business, ensuring their scalability and reliability. Developer Experience: Focus on optimising the developer experience to simplify platform adoption and onboarding. What You’ll Bring Problem solving skills: Strong problem solving skills which can help navigate problems in day to day work. Programming Proficiency: Experience with Java, Python, or Golang with hands‑on expertise in building scalable systems. Collaboration Skills: A proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business needs. This position requires not only deep technical expertise but also a proactive, engaging approach to working with others and building lasting partnerships.
