The impact you’ll own As Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our sales pipeline for our SaaS product, Spectra, into financial services and real estate clients in the UK and EU markets. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. You will qualify opportunities from our marketing team and support inbound sales in addition to your own outbound drive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to launch a successful career in SaaS sales for climate tech. Essential Skills Previous experience in new business development and lead generation for a technology/SaaS product. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively. Highly motivated, self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a desire to exceed targets. Working proficiency in English is required, along with working proficiency in German (preferred) and/or French. Desirable Skills Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
