This role goes beyond the classroom-it's about helping pupils overcome obstacles, build resilience, and flourish both emotionally and academically.About the SchoolOur partnered school provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for pupils aged 11-16 who have faced barriers in mainstream education. Many students have SEMH needs, EHCPs, and complex backgrounds, including experiences of trauma, social challenges, and undiagnosed special needs.
