Responsibilities:

Technical Support - You'll be the go-to expert, helping customers and colleagues with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical advice via phone, email, and online chat.
Custom Quotations - Work closely with sales teams and distributors to understand customer needs, prepare detailed quotations, and manage custom orders from start to finish.
