- Technical Support: You'll be the go-to expert, helping customers and colleagues with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical advice via phone, email, and online chat.
- Custom Quotations: Work closely with sales teams and distributors to understand customer needs, prepare detailed quotations, and manage custom orders from start to finish.
- R&D and Application Testing: Get hands-on with prototype testing, debugging, and application trials to ensure our products meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Scientific Background: A degree or equivalent qualification in chemistry, physical sciences, or relevant lab experience.
