Job title: Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
You'll play a crucial role in supporting customers, handling technical queries, and working on exciting R&D projects. This is a varied and fast-paced position, perfect for someone who enjoys applying their scientific knowledge in real-world applications.
Technical Support

- You'll be the go-to expert, helping customers and colleagues with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical advice via phone, email, and online chat.
Custom Quotations

- Work closely with sales teams and distributors to understand customer needs, prepare detailed quotations, and manage custom orders from start to finish.
R&D and Application Testing

- Get hands-on with prototype testing, debugging, and application trials to ensure our products meet customer needs and industry standards.
Requirements:
Scientific Background

- A degree or equivalent qualification in chemistry, physical sciences, or relevant lab experience.
Excellent Communicator

- Confident in explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
Problem-Solver

- You enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
Organised & Proactive

- Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player with Initiative

- You'll collaborate with various departments but also be confident working independently.
