Whether you're a recent graduate or have some experience in technical writing or administration, this role offers the chance to develop your expertise and make a real impact.What You'll Be DoingTechnical Administration: Managing inboxes, validating customer accounts, updating support cases, and helping users access technical documents.Document Migration & Editing: Assisting in the migration of technical publications, editing documents using tools like PTC Arbortext and FrameMaker, and updating illustrations in IsoDraw.Technical Authoring: Supporting the creation and maintenance of aerospace documentation in line with industry standards.You'll receive guidance and training to help you succeed, while contributing to real‑world projects that support mission‑critical operations.What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who's eager to learn, organised, and has a keen eye for detail.
