**The Important Bit**

You will be accountable for supporting the Network Support Technical Analyst with availability, reliability, maintenance, and service operation of Corporate, CNI Network, Communication & Voice Technologies to agreed Service Levels.

You will be resolving problems and incidents, delivering maintenance plans for patching, updating hardware and software components (where required) to maintain supportability. You will be accountable for supporting with associated outsourced Service Providers’performance against agreed Service Levels.

**Day to Day**

You will be providing technical support to over 6500, supporting all hardware and software components related to IT Services. Managing ServiceNow queues and individual records covering Network related incidents, requests, changes, and problem records toSLA. Supporting the Network Support Technical Analysts in providing technical assurance and insight during high priority incidents and problem management, validating root cause analysis reports and corrective actions, to ensure they are technically viable.

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience:

- Essential:_
- Strong experience in a second/ third line support role in a medium to large company
- ITIL Foundation (minimum)
- Experience of working under PRINCE2 and AGILE Project Management Methodologies
- Experience of supporting mission critical systems, with a good knowledge of system technologies, monitoring tools, processes and incident handling in a 24x7x365 support environment.
- Deep technical knowledge [one of] the following technologies to 'Expert’ level:_
- CISCO technologies
- SD WAN
- Communication and voice technologies
- CISCO ISE.
- GilatSatellite Networks
- Hilltops
- UHF radio technologies and principles
- Operational Technology i.e. Remote Telemetry Unit [RTU])
- IOSH.oStableNet by INFOSIM.
- Desirable:_
- Microsoft solutions
- Cloud security
- IT Security principles
- Citrix Technologies.
- VMware.
- Linux Platforms.
- Public Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure)and associated technologies i.e. OS Layer
- Shared Services i.e. Active Directory, Middleware, Printing, Certificate Management.
