Benefits of Supervisor Great opportunities to progress within the companyEnjoy the same delicious food as our customersFlexible hours with rotas planned weeklyGenerous Tronc points allocations Requirements of Supervisor Previous 1 year Supervisor experienceHospitality experience essential minimum 2 yearsLevel-headed and pro-activeFlexible with tasks and working hours Responsibilities of Supervisor Running great shiftsEnsure all opening and closing procedures are followed within both kitchen and restaurant areasDelegate duties to team members on shift and follow up to ensure they are completed whilst the Deputy and General Manager are not presentDuring shift ensure customers receive high standards of customer service and food qualityAssist in restaurant or kitchen when requiredMonitor, respond to, and grow guest feedback scores Teamwork Coach and lead staff members on company standards where necessaryAssist the Deputy and General Manager whilst they are away from the site as well as every day duties delegated by the Deputy and General ManagerMotivate team members to create a great working environment Administration Adhere to company banking and security proceduresCheck deliveries and enter invoices on the systemEnsure that daily paperwork is completedEnsure all stock wastage / staff food is recorded whilst on shift with adequate explanation Hygiene/Health & Safety/Food & Safety Wear the correct uniform and ensure that company hygiene, health & safety standards and licensing knowledge are adhered to at all timesAttend health & safety training, food safety training, product knowledge and customer service skills coursesSupport the Restaurant Manager to ensure compliance with H&S audits and EHO requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
