We are working with a globally recognised creative studio that partners with leaders in luxury hospitality, design, residential, and lifestyle brands. They are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to support the two Founders in a role that is central to the smooth running of the studio.
This is a great fit for someone who loves being the person who “makes everything run”, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
The Role
You will work closely with the Founders to ensure their time, priorities, and focus are aligned. Your role will cover day-to-day coordination, communication, and organisational support to help the studio operate seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and scheduling across time zones
Preparing agendas, meeting notes, research, and follow-ups
Acting as a key point of contact between the Founders, clients, and internal team
Supporting presentations, proposals, and project communications
Coordinating internal project timelines and ensuring key milestones are tracked
Organising logistics for events, client meetings, photoshoots and travel
Occasionally supporting with personal organisation and life admin to enable effective balance About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks at once
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Calm under pressure with a positive, collaborative approach
Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and high-level conversations
Experienced supporting senior leaders (3+ years ideally)
Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information confidently
Familiar with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Keynote, Asana, Notion (or similar) Experience in creative, design, branding, hospitality, architecture or high-end service environments would be beneficial but not essential.
