Resuscitation Officer AtoE Training and Solutions Ltd is the largest provider of resuscitation training in the UK, delivering services to NHS Trusts, independent and private healthcare providers, prison services and higher education institutions. Job Summary We are looking to recruit Resuscitation Officers across the UK to support the provision of high‑quality training, clinical leadership and governance services. The role requires significant clinical experience in an acute/critical care setting, and a current driving licence for regional travel. Responsibilities Design and deliver training programmes in critical care, resuscitation practice and first aid. Act as a clinical member of the resuscitation team at contracted sites, providing expertise and clinical leadership. Provide professional advice on resuscitation attempts, policy development, training, clinical governance and equipment. Maintain and develop links locally and nationally to promote the company’s profile and delivery of resuscitation care. Undertake and support the programme of in‑situ simulations across client sites. Support the development of other staff members. Participate in projects and research activities undertaken by the company. Undertake resuscitation officer and lead roles for client sites as directed by the senior officer. Escalate and raise the profile of resuscitation issues amongst clients. Support client sites with governance, SOP development, risk assessment and expert advice. Undertake specific projects related to resuscitation practice, course development or company result areas. Qualifications Significant clinical experience in an acute or critical care setting. Registered Nurse, ODP or Paramedic with instructor status in one of the following specialties: ALS, EPALS, APLS, NLS or GIC. Current UK professional registration. Current driving licence and willingness to undertake regional travel. Benefits Paid travel and access to company vehicles. 10 days per year to participate in clinical activity or teach on national courses to maintain instructor status. 28 days annual leave (pro rata) per year, plus bank holidays (including Christmas and New Year).
