About the role As a Field Sales Executive you’ll be engaging with your community daily via residential door‑to‑door sales, collaborating with your manager to create successful sales and territory plans, identifying, negotiating, and winning new customers, delivering excellent customer experience and product knowledge at every door, and striving to exceed KPIs and targets to benefit from uncapped commissions. All tools will be provided to create healthy pipelines and gather customer data, and you’ll build relationships with peers and key stakeholders across all business units. Responsibilities Engage with community via door‑to‑door sales Collaborate with manager on sales and territory plans Identify, negotiate and win new customers daily Deliver excellent customer experience and product knowledge Exceed KPIs and targets to achieve uncapped commissions Build relationships with peers and key stakeholders across business units Qualifications Energetic and positive with a can‑do attitude Motivated to learn, develop, and grow Accountable for your performance Driven by reward and recognition Team player with excellent communication skills Someone who would thrive in building your own brand through local engagement and trust pilot recommendations It would also be great if you have previous experience in sales and winning new customers, and experience of door‑to‑door canvassing within the telecoms, utility, or charity sectors. Compensation & Benefits £25k per annum basic salary, £5,400 PA car allowance (£450 per month), £15k uncapped commission paid monthly. Top performing sales reps exceed £80k a year.
