However previous industry experience is not essential as full product training will be providedIf you want to take full ownership of your sales territory and manage your area as your own franchise business, including hiring and building a strong sales team around you, then this is the one for you…What will the role involve?Promoting a fantastic, top quality product which is already a leading brand name in EuropeTaking full ownership of your assigned territory, maximising revenue and profitabilityUndertaking a hands-on field sales role, visiting customers in your region in personDriving sales with both existing and new customers to achieve growth targets and increase company market shareDeveloping strong technical / product knowledge in order to provide expert product advice to your customersBuilding out your own team of Field Sales Managers to further drive growth in your assigned territoryWhat are we looking for? Hunger, drive and ambition to carve out a successful career in field salesProven track record in a previous sales roleStrong negotiation and influencing skillsHoned presentation skillsWillingness to undertake significant business travel as required for the roleExcellent leadership and management skillsPrevious line management experience is an advantage but not essentialTechnical experience within the Automotive aftermarket and/or chemicals industry is an advantage but not essential - this company have a fantastic training programme and full product training will be providedWhy should I apply?
