As a Branch Manager with Dawsongroup, you’ll take ownership of a busy rental operation, oversee fleet performance and guide your team to deliver great service every day. What you’ll do: Run the branch with a clear focus on customer relationships, strong operational standards and solid commercial results. Lead, support and develop your team so they feel confident, capable and safe. Work closely with sales and support colleagues to provide a consistent and professional hire experience. Ease in a customer-facing role with an interest in building long‑term partnerships. A calm approach to managing processes, prioritising workloads and keeping administration accurate. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Experience in rental, transport, automotive or commercial vehicles is helpful but not essential.
