Overview We are delighted to be recruiting a Designate Branch Manager to join the London Region of our thriving Trade Branch Network. Our Designate Trade Branch Managers work closely with our current Regional Manager and Branch Managers whilst training, with a view to being allocated their own branch to run within 3 – 6 months. Position: Branch Manager Designate, Permanent, Full‑time, 44 hrs per week. Responsibilities Work closely with their Regional Manager and the Region's existing Branch Managers to learn to lead their own Eurocell Branch within 3‑6 months Use team management skills to lead and develop a small team Ensure the Branch operates as effectively as possible Develop relationships with customers, and enhance the sales and customer experience within their branch Manage day‑to‑day Branch operations and the branch team in order to deliver excellence Manage team absences and deployment Support the regional teams with recruitment Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards and ensure Branch sales targets are achieved Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff Qualifications Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets A customer focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring our customers always walk away happy Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a Branch effectively A full and valid driving licence is essential Strong management skills and experience of leading a team Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade / builders merchant / retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage Salary & Benefits Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic per year 10% Zone Allowance Branch Bonus when own branch is allocated Healthcare Cash Plan (Free Healthcare for all employees) 3× Salary Life Assurance and Free Life Assurance Plan of 3× your Annual Salary High‑street discounts, staff discount and employee discount on Eurocell products Option to join the Eurocell Share Save Scheme at discounted rates, and share in our company success Company Pension Plan Enhanced Maternity and Paternity benefits 25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays – normally 33 days in total each year Christmas shutdown period We only work occasional Saturdays, on a rota basis We don’t open our branches on Sundays Our branches close at 4:30 pm during the week, supporting your work/life balance A blend of training, including e‑learning and on‑the‑job training to help your career development Exceptional monthly Branch Bonus and industry‑leading induction and training programmes Care First Employee Assistance Programme – 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year for confidential support Colleague Referral Programme – we pay you for successfully referring people to join our team Excellent opportunities to grow with us and progress your career #J-18808-Ljbffr
