Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, based in Greater London. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, including team leadership, inventory management, and customer service. Responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales strategies, and fostering relationships with customers and suppliers. The role requires aligning branch activities with company standards and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop staffOperational expertise in Inventory Management, Budget Control, and Workflow OptimizationSales and Business Development skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting targetsCustomer Relationship Management skills and ability to address customer needs effectivelyProblem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to handle challenges promptlyKnowledge of the electrical wholesale industry, products, and market trends is advantageousExcellent communication and organizational skillsA proven track record of branch or business management success
