What you will do Conduct in-depth research to identify US market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities in the retail/grocery/CPG space. Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to build trust and encourage repeat business. Identify and establish partnerships that align with business objectives and open up new revenue streams across the US. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product, operations) to leverage resources in support of partnership development and maintenance. Maintain an organised and detailed sales pipeline to manage leads and forecast business opportunities. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create cohesive strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, pipeline updates, and revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in business development for technology or SaaS products. Excellent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (if applicable). Good understanding of the US grocery/retail/CPG markets is a huge plus.
