Join Ogilvy UK as a Revenue Finance Assistant on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The agency specializes in bringing together brand advertising, customer experience marketing, PR, influence, and consulting, all fueled by Behavioural Science.About The RoleThis is a crucial role supporting our company's revenue operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing processes within a fast-paced agency environment. You'll work closely with project teams, operations, and other finance functions.Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Invoicing: Managing accurate and timely client billing and invoicing via Workday, ensuring compliance with contracts.ERP System Management: Precise project setup and ongoing maintenance within Workday, including PO linkage and financial configuration.Liaison & Support: Acting as a key contact for invoicing and credit control queries with shared services.Reconciliation & Reporting: Supporting revenue and project reconciliations, month-end close, and ad-hoc financial reporting.Compliance: Maintaining meticulous financial records and ensuring adherence to company policies.What You’ll NeedProven experience using an ERP system (Workday experience is highly desirable but not essential).Previous billing experience gained in an agency setting (e.g., advertising, marketing, PR, creative) is highly advantageous.Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including strong proficiency in Excel.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.A demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.A proactive approach and an ability to take ownership of tasks, seeing them through to completion.Foundational understanding of accounting principles, particularly those related to revenue and accounts receivable.Familiarity with time and WIP reconciliations.BenefitsPrivate Medical Cover OR Monthly Leisure Allowance (£45) OR Dental Cover25 days annual leave, a day off for your birthday, a paid volunteering day, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days leave each yearAccess to our excellent Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by LifeworksAccess to a range of fantastic resources in our L&D AcademyA dedicated Culture Committee who keep us entertained throughout the year with a range of inclusive sociable events.1:1 coaching to support your personal and professional developmentA generous pension scheme, with contributions matched up to a total of 17.5%.Take advantage of season ticket loans, cycle-to-work scheme, property rental assistance, and generous employee discounts.We are an equal opportunity employer and we’re committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone who wants to work at Ogilvy.
