Routes This Year For The Construction Programme Quantity Surveying – Cardiff Site Management – Cardiff, Midlands, Southampton Design Management – Cardiff, Midlands What You Will Do You will be working within our business units within Construction Central & West Region, where you will: Be part of a structured development programme that covers a range of personal development and technical themes. All our training workshops are heavily practical and grounded in real‑life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates currently in the business and plenty of experienced colleagues who get involved in supporting the programme. You’ll also be offered a professional scheme mentor, to help you expand graduate membership of your specific chartered body. What We’re Looking For Good understanding and enthusiasm for your chosen career path. Degree accredited by a chartered body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) at lower second or above. Ability to drive to remote site locations and ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment.
