Our Routes This Year For The Construction Programme

  • Quantity Surveying - Cardiff
  • Site Management – Cardiff, Midlands, Southampton
  • Design Management – Cardiff, Midlands

You will be working within our business units within Construction Central & West Region, where you will:

Be part of a structured development programme that covers a range of personal development and technical themes. All our training workshops are heavily practical and grounded in real life scenarios. We have a large community of apprentices, graduates and undergraduates currently in the business and plenty of experienced colleagues who get involved in supporting the programme.

You'll also be offered a professional scheme mentor, to help you expand graduate membership of your specific chartered body.

What are we looking for?
As a graduate you will, you will have a good understanding and enthusiasm for your chosen career path. A degree accredited by a chartered body i.e., RICS, CIOB at lower second or above.

You should also have the ability to drive to remote site locations and ideally some exposure to a construction/engineering environment.

3 Stage Application Process

  • Apply online - Apply early as we recruit on a first come first serve basis, once all of our positions are full we close applications
  • Within your application you must identify the role and location you wish to be considered for.
  • In-Person interview with the recruiting line manager who will be responsible for you during your Graduate time at Morgan Sindall.
  • Successful applicants are notified

Applications open in October 2025 and will close 31st December 2025 ahead of interviews being held in early 2025.
