As part of our dedicated Rapid Response Team, you’ll be working alongside NHS services in Cheshire and the Wirral to make a real difference in people’s lives every single day. About the Role We’re recruiting Rapid Response Coordinators to help ensure smooth, timely, and coordinated support for people in mental‑health crisis. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating staff, transport and resources across NHS sites – helping ensure every patient receives the care they need without delay. Key Responsibilities Coordinating support staff across NHS hospital sites to provide rapid, person‑centred care. Liaising with A&E departments, ward teams, patient liaison staff, and transport services. Managing transport and deployment logistics to maintain efficient patient flow. Enhancing outcomes through clear communication, planning and teamwork.
