We have an exciting opportunity for Rapid Response Coordinators to join our team in supporting the NHS in delivering their response to supporting people with mental health issues across Cheshire and The Wirral.

The Rapid Response Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating the Trust's response to ensuring these individuals receive the very best support, right from the start of their journey which may be in A&E to their safe arrival at any other sites for longer term care and support.

The Rapid Response Coordinators will liaise with Ward staff, A&E, patient liaison and transport services to ensure workers and resources are deployed at the right time to the right place. Creating continuity and a positive patient experience.

For this role you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a strong ability to problem solve and maximise the resources that are available.

The role will be based in Chester, working alongside the Crisis Line Team.

The hours of work will be from 7am - Midnight over a 7 day rota.

This post is initially until 31/3/26 with an option to extend.

Pay: £26,520.00 per year
