Our client is currently searching for a Sales Support Co-ordinator to join their team. As a Sales Support Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for consulting with existing customers and new clients to help identify new opportunities for those customers and maximising the sale to its full potential.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.30pm, with hybrid working of 3 days at home and 2 days from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forming professional relationships with a team of Area Managers and business customers
- Daily phone contact with your Area Managers.
- Daily phone contact with customers with active outgoing calls
- Handling incoming customer calls in a professional and effective manner
- To provide administrative support to Area Managers
- Ensure the database is up to date with customer feedback
- Providing your clients with stock list or items that are becoming available.

You will be given training, but you will have some of the following:

- Excellent customer service and administrative skills with experience of working in a similar role e.g. Sales Administrator, Sales Co-ordinator, Customer Service Advisor
- Outgoing and vibrant personality with ability to communicate well and build rapport with customers
- Attention to detail
- Good communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills in Excel, Office365 and databases
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with existing and new clients
