This role requires the candidate to support our technical services and project management division. The role is based at our Wakad, Pune office and will align with UK/Europe shift timings. This position offers opportunities for onsite assignments at our UK office and provides scope for leadership responsibilities. Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities) Work closely with executive management to achieve technical outcomes based on company goals by following standard operating procedures. Ability to work on technical systems and processes covering: Maintaining product catalog Product feature design and implementation Functional and manual testing Quality assurance processes and reporting Perform project management functions including: Sprint grooming and sprint planning Sprint execution and progress tracking Documentation and communication Conduct Systems improvements, performance analysis and management reporting Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation including: BRD (Business Requirements Document) FRD (Functional Requirements Document) Technical notes and process documents Support business analysis, UAT planning and execution Prepare use cases, user stories and test cases Perform basic tasks in the areas of software testing, IT support and business analysis Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed The candidate must demonstrate the following in all stages of assessment: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail while maintaining accurate system records Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Highly motivated, reliable, proactive with a positive attitude Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational processes High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general computer applications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effective interpersonal skills to work with different management and stakeholder levels Comfortable working in UK Shifts from the office Preferred technical skills: Sprint grooming, sprint planning and sprint execution UAT execution and management Manual testing Preparing use cases, user stories and test cases Documentation: BRD, FRD, Reports, Project documentation Qualifications: Any Graduation or Degree Courses in computer Science including but not limited to BE or B.
