Oracle FCCS / HFM Systems Analyst

Leicester – Hybrid (3DPW)

£50,000 – £60,000

VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation currently undergoing a major finance transformation programme, transitioning to Oracle Cloud. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Oracle FCCS / HFM Systems Analyst to join a high-performing finance transformation team focused on consolidation and close processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the Oracle FCCS module, working closely with the system integrator and internal finance stakeholders to ensure smooth handover and long-term success. This is a permanent position offering excellent exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud solutions within a forward-thinking finance function.

Key Responsibilities of the Oracle FCCS / HFM Systems Analyst:

  • Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS, ensuring a seamless transition from the system integrator to the internal team.
  • Assist with ongoing system management, including metadata updates, reconciliations, and data validation across consolidation processes.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to support month-end close and group consolidation activities.
  • Document procedures, controls, and system configurations for long-term maintenance.
  • Provide support and training to end users, promoting best practice in Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the consolidation and reporting processes.

Experience Required of the Oracle FCCS / HFM Systems Analyst:

  • Strong experience in Oracle FCCS or HFM is essential for this role.
  • A solid understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.
  • Accounting background or qualification desirable (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
  • At least three years' experience in a systems or implementation role within finance or EPM environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across finance and technology teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic transformation environment.
