Senior Residential Support Worker – Horizon Care & Education Location: Bradford, England, United Kingdom As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills. Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities. Conducting supervisions for staff members. Managing the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager. Effectively leading shifts, directing and supporting colleagues. Managing health and safety processes in the home, including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments. Supporting the induction of colleagues into the home. Being responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people.
