Manager, Reporting & Analytics Do you like working with data and analytics to gain insight to solve problems? Do you enjoy collaborating across teams to build and deliver products that make a difference? About Role You will sit in the Marketing Performance team and act as a connector across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data. Success looks like faster decisions, fewer reporting gaps, consistent metrics, and a clear view of Marketing ROI and its contribution to pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities Dive into our Tableau environment to analyse performance, surface trends and inflection points, and forecast what comes next. Turn analysis into presentation‑ready visuals, adjusting existing reports and building clear views for meetings and readouts. Tailor the story to each audience, from brief executive summaries to detailed deep dives for channel owners. Find reporting gaps and data issues, suggest fixes, and handle ad‑hoc asks that support in‑quarter decisions. Keep metric definitions consistent and documented, so results are trusted and repeatable. Work day to day with our data and dashboard developer, share feedback, and support their roadmap. Partner with Sales and Product to align on shared metrics and explain Marketing’s impact. Collaborate with Finance to reconcile spend and outcomes, validate assumptions, and inform planning with ROI and forecast insights. Requirements Solid analytics experience in B2B marketing, with a record of tying activity to outcomes and ROI. Strong Tableau skills geared toward analysis and communication, comfortable refining existing dashboards and creating stakeholder‑ready visuals. High attention to detail, with reliable data checks and clear documentation of definitions and assumptions. Confident communication, able to tailor insights for senior leaders and specialist teams. Web analytics knowledge with Adobe Analytics, and the ability to connect journey insights to ROI. Basic SQL is a plus for exploring data and QA. A practical, proactive approach.
