Join us as a Trading Team Manager and you will be pivotal in driving commercial delivery of the sales floor and coaching colleagues to fulfil B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count. Responsibilities Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions. Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback. Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count. Qualifications Comfortable coaching, to bring out the best in your colleagues. Lead rather than do. Passionate about process, you believe it’s the foundation of great availability. Well planned and organised.
