This includes overall leadership and management of the services, processes & policies, systems, associated SLAs & KPIs and day to day management of the HR & OD budgets.Working with the Dual Chief People Officer and the Deputy Director of HR & OD, the Associate Director of Workforce will lead on developing policy for, and implementation and delivery of systems improvement across the HR & OD.
