Marketing Associate – Salary circa £35,000 to £40,000 Location: Bristol/York/Norwich Are you someone who loves creating marketing campaigns that make a real impact? This role is perfect for someone with experience in planning and delivering campaigns, who’s ready to take ownership and drive results. If you’ve worked in marketing before and want to step into a role where your ideas shape the future of workplace pensions, this could be for you. A bit about the job: You’ll design and deliver marketing campaigns that help us achieve our Workplace Pensions goals. From thought leadership, to brand‑building initiatives, you’ll deliver marketing initiatives that resonate and engage employers and advisers. Working across a team of six, you’ll collaborate with broader Customer & Marketing experts and use agile ways of working to make every initiative count. Expect variety – from events and webinars to social and digital campaigns – all aimed at creating standout experiences and strong trading outcomes, working in close partnership of our Workplace Distribution team.
