The Role An Account Manager will support the delivery of high‑quality medical communications across publications, events, strategic programmes, and client initiatives. Working closely with Client Services, you will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and meeting strategic objectives. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day client and account management, maintaining strong relationships. Oversight of the project lifecycle from briefing through to completion. Coordination with Editorial and Studio teams to keep projects on schedule. Financial oversight, including budget management and monitoring account health. Business development: identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting new business efforts. Ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. Mentoring junior staff and supporting their development. Requirements Approximately 3‑4 years' healthcare agency experience in client services roles. Experience organising and attending scientific meetings (e.g., congresses, symposia, advisory boards). Numeracy skills. Strong project management and delivery skills. Ability to coordinate the delivery of multiple projects within an account. Relationship development skills – client handling and networking. Ability to mentor junior staff. Strategic understanding of project/account objectives and contribution to strategic account planning. Benefits 33 days annual leave. Birthday day off. 5% pension contribution.
