What you'll get to do Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the UK market. Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Build, manage, and monitor campaign landing pages and related assets to ensure a seamless user experience. Operate and optimise CRM campaigns to improve user engagement and retention. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the design, content and legal teams, to implement high-quality campaigns that meet UK market needs. Develop and localise marketing copy and content in UK to ensure cultural relevance and audience engagement. Execute and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including CRM, email, and social media, with a focus on the UK market. What you'll Need to Succeed A creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities effectively. Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact. Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus. 3+ years in marketing campaign execution, ideally within the travel or related industry.
