We're looking for an experienced **B2B Marketing Campaign Specialist/ Marketing Manager** who is able to plan and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on **lead generation, **engaging audiences and speaks to the strengths of our data and digital healthcare solutions.
The role is ideal for a self-driven individual looking to work in a commercial environment able to plan and deliver successful **multi-product campaigns** using the latest marketing automation technology across on and offline platforms.

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities:
As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll be joining a collaborative and progressive marketing team. Our market-leading Healthcare Practitioner database, with over 450,000 NHS contacts, forms the foundation of our contact data offerings. From this we are able to deliver bespoke lists, right through to advanced CRM integrations. Alongside our market-leading data, healthcare insights, analytic capabilities and multi-channel engagement solutions, we enable NHS suppliers to effectively engage with their NHS customers in order improve patient outcomes. No-one understands the NHS better.
Your duties will include, but won't be limited to:
- Planning, creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns that are tailored to key customer groups and segments and align to the wider business strategy for our data and digital products
- Working hand in hand with the sales team to support activity and drive leads through marketing and identify any new opportunities for revenue growth through new business or upselling to current customers.
- Interrogating the marketing database to identify and segment target groups.
- Effective use of social media to support campaigns.
- Writing compelling copy and delivering marketing material that engages current and target audiences.
- Internal and external stakeholder management and mapping
- Delivering regular reporting metrics against KPIs and suggesting any change to approach
- Work with any external agencies to effectively deliver campaigns.
- Engaging with the product team to make sure messaging is in-line with the product.

You will also need the following:
Essential:
- Experienced in planning effective long and short-term marketing campaigns.
- Successfully delivered multichannel marketing campaigns which engaged customers, drove leads and supported large revenue targets.
- Effectively managing a product marketing budgets to support the best ROI and engagement.
- Experienced collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and different functions from product to sales.
- Utilising external agencies such as PPC to maximise campaigns.
- Marketing automation platforms - such as Marketo, Pardot.
- Advanced level of Microsoft capabilities i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SharePoint experience an advantage.
- CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or similar).
- Content Management Systems.
- Social Media campaign management, such as Sprout or Hootsuite.
**Desirable**:
- Marketing degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Experienced working with data and digital products.
- Experience of working within, and an understanding of, the UK healthcare sector.
- Experience of Canva, Adobe photoshop or similar.
- Experience of Google Analytics, Webtrends, Tableau or similar.
- Experience of PPC including Google Ads and Linked-in.
